About This Role
- Ensure daily operational KPIs for medical completion TAT, scrutiny, and pendency management are met and implement corrective actions.
- Manage relationships and coordinate with internal teams, TPAs, clients, and external stakeholders, including handling exceptions, escalations, and empanelment for TPA partners.
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives in scrutiny and TPA workflows, monitor TPA performance against SLAs, and manage commercial and billing reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- 6-8 years relevant experience in Medical & Scrutiny Management specifically from Life or Health Insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Work Experience Required: 6-8 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder coordination in insurance-related medical and scrutiny operations.
- Proven ability to manage vendor (TPA) relationships and service level agreements with focus on performance and compliance.
- Background in driving operational excellence through process improvements and automation in medical and scrutiny workflows.
