About This Role
- Follow SOPs to ensure invoice processing meets SLAs for volume, turnaround time, quality, and customer experience.
- Identify and support implementation of process improvement opportunities for invoice processing.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with team for continuous knowledge sharing and support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in invoice processing using SAP.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP (FI-CO) and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work regional shifts in a hybrid work model based in Hyderabad, India.
