About This Role
- Lead and develop a global engineering team delivering enterprise identity and authentication services including SSO, Azure and GCP cloud identity, non-human and AI agent identities.
- Own and execute the roadmap for passwordless and phishing-resistant authentication, integrating cloud and AI workloads with secure identity lifecycle and secret management processes.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards (GxP, SOX, ISO 27001, EU AI Act), managing major incidents and driving continuous improvement in identity security services.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 18 years experience in identity or security, including leadership of engineering teams delivering enterprise identity/security services in large organisations.
- Strong expertise in SSO protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0), multi-factor and passwordless authentication; hands-on in Azure Entra ID and workload identity security.
- Experience securing non-human identities and secrets management; working knowledge of AI and LLM security risks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technical leader with extensive experience managing global teams in enterprise identity, cloud and AI authentication domains.
- Deep understanding of secure cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), secret vaulting tools, and compliance requirements in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals.
- Strategic operator capable of integrating AI risk management with secure identity practices and driving organization-wide adoption of passwordless and secretless authentication.
