About This Role
- Design and develop AI solutions from prototype through production and handover, ensuring alignment with business use cases and operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures involving agents, retrieval systems, integrations, data flows, and user experience components.
- Apply full software development lifecycle with emphasis on quality, testing, monitoring, cost optimization, security, and supportability of AI-based enterprise applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of software development experience including full SDLC and production-grade scalable software.
- 2+ years hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt-engineered assistants).
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, async or event-driven design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Solid understanding of business functions such as sales, customer service, operations, and finance with ability to translate business processes into software solutions.
- Experience working autonomously in small, fast-moving teams with evolving requirements and ownership of delivery.
- Hands-on experience with agent/orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.), vector databases, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
