About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered banking solutions with hands-on software engineering.
- Engage directly with customers in ANZ and APAC to shape AI use cases, conduct workshops, and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Coordinate a small team of AI engineers, supporting planning and execution while contributing to AI experimentation and prototyping.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Several years of experience in software engineering and AI solution development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar, and experience with cloud-native development (Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Willingness for regular travel to APAC, especially Australia and New Zealand.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, practical AI solutions in banking or regulated industries.
- Experience working directly with customers managing requirements and stakeholder communications.
- Skilled in coordinating delivery activities across distributed teams while remaining hands-on with AI implementations.
