About This Role
- Collaborate with a User Researcher to translate user needs and business requirements into high-quality, scalable user interfaces.
- Manage design process end-to-end from research and ideation through implementation and quality assurance.
- Work closely with development teams for design handovers and implementation reviews ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Mandatory experience in Automotive or Manufacturing domain.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Shared Libraries, Variables & Styles.
- Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) applications or similar scale products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborative, distributed international team environments and able to work independently with asynchronous communication.
- Demonstrated ability to design modular, scalable UI components aligned with existing design systems and brand guidelines.
- Proficient in working in agile product teams with strong strategic mindset and communication skills.
