About This Role
- Operationalize, automate, and refine compliance controls, workflows, and operational systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Translate policy and regulatory requirements into standardized, measurable compliance processes and documentation.
- Analyze compliance-related data to support audits, investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries, and administer related technology platforms and system improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Ethics, Technology, Data, or related field.
- 3+ years professional experience in Compliance, Ethics, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Legal Operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting compliance programs within a multinational public company.
- Demonstrated experience administering and optimizing compliance technology platforms, developing dashboards/KPIs, and managing cross-functional projects/technology implementations.

- Strong operational focus on compliance controls, technology enablement, and process automation in a global environment.
- Experienced in transforming complex compliance data into actionable insights and executive reporting.
