About This Role
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap to build and scale a high-performing debt management team.
- Lead day-to-day debt management operations including policy development, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop, implement, and improve scalable debt management processes, reporting, and metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, debt management, or debt recovery operations.
- 2+ years experience managing a team and operations.
- Extensive knowledge of debt management trends and relevant technologies.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant fields (operations, debt management, recovery).
