About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify software defects early, collaborate with developers for timely resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Ensure delivery of robust, high-quality software that meets or exceeds customer and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance including manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language for test automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA or TestRail.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium to improve test efficiency.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI for integrating tests into development workflows.
- Background working in Agile/Scrum environments to align testing with iterative development cycles.
