About This Role
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support production full-stack software applications for asset management clients including private equity dashboards and enterprise software.
- Own complex features end-to-end across Python backend services, React frontend, APIs, integrations, and database layers with responsibility for delivery and production support.
- Implement enterprise integrations, maintain engineering quality through testing and code reviews, and participate in root cause analysis and production issue investigations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Python backend development and React frontend development for production environments.
- Experience with enterprise application fundamentals including authentication, API integrations, SQL, data modeling, deployment, and production support.
- Work model: Hybrid in Mumbai office, minimum 3 days per week onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of production full-stack ownership with responsibility for complex features from design to production support.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) responsibly in software development processes.
- Background in enterprise environments such as financial technology or asset management with ability to handle multi-step workflows and evaluate agent outputs effectively.
