About This Role
- Lead development and deployment of AI and analytics solutions to automate and improve Finance operations, focusing on tasks like contract analysis, forecasting, and data reconciliation.
- Build end-to-end AI-powered workflows, including NLP and predictive models, to reduce manual effort and speed up financial processes.
- Design and manage data pipelines to power AI models and real-time insights for Finance teams globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership or lead role.
- Experience delivering analytics or automation solutions specifically for Finance or FP&A functions.
- Strong technical skills in Python, machine learning, AI engineering, and tools like Power BI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric; familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and Azure ML.
- Knowledge of finance data domains such as general ledger, allocations, forecasting, and planning.

- Experienced analytics leader comfortable working with Finance datasets and translating business needs into AI-driven solutions that improve financial forecasting and process automation.
- Hands-on builder who develops, iterates, and operationalizes AI models and workflows embedded in daily Finance operations.
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and engineering teams to productize AI solutions at scale within a large, complex organization.
