About This Role
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for Space & Occupancy across multiple categories and global regions.
- Drive commercial negotiations to optimize cost efficiency and value, including contract management and ensuring compliance governance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver consistent sourcing and vendor management outcomes aligned with business, legal, and finance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, ideally in Real Estate/Construction domain.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise required.
- Proficiency in Ariba, Excel, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
- Location requirement: Mumbai office 3 days/week; coverage Monday to Friday, 1:30 AM to 10:30 PM India time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex global sourcing and vendor relationships in Corporate Services or related environment.
- Ability to operate across multiple regions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including legal and finance teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with strong analytical and communication skills in high-stakes corporate procurement contexts.
