About This Role
- Design, develop, automate, and execute test plans validating Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking features across system-level and solution workflows.
- Perform hardware and platform testing including bring-up, interface verification, upgrades, failover, and scale testing; analyze failures and debug across software, hardware, and network layers.
- Develop and enhance Python-based test automation frameworks; conduct end-to-end multi-device solution testing using traffic generators (e.g., Spirent, Ixia) and support customer escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in networking, platform, or system-level product validation/QA.
- Strong experience in Python test automation, preferably with PyTest; familiarity with networking protocols (L2/L3) such as VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS).
- Onsite work requirement at HPE office in India.

- Analytical and skilled in debugging complex interactions across platform, protocol, and systems.
