About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services, REST APIs, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Build and deploy AI-powered applications using large language models, agent frameworks, and end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and support production operations including troubleshooting and performance improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong Python backend expertise.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML applications, specifically integrating large language models and building RAG pipelines.
- Proficiency in building production APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django and implementing secure coding practices.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, cloud deployment, containers, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer comfortable owning end-to-end backend and AI/ML application delivery in enterprise environments.
- Experienced in technical leadership roles including guiding design, code reviews, mentoring, and documentation.
