About This Role
- Own execution accountability for Retail and Data Engineering teams (20-30 developers) across New York and India, aligning business priorities with technical delivery.
- Manage work intake, prioritization, tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination to ensure consistent progress and delivery.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity in Technology organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Technical Program Management with engineering-led delivery involvement.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives across multiple time zones.
- Experience managing intake, scoping, prioritization, resource allocation, risk identification, and execution in technology environments.
- Experience in digital assets and financial markets, preferably in retail finance technology initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working across distributed teams in India and New York, bridging communication and execution.
- Technically proficient to engage in system architecture and dependencies discussion without hands-on coding.
- Track record of driving structured execution with urgency and independence for high-impact technology programs.
