About This Role
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex, multi-layered issues to maintain high platform availability.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor delivering clear updates to customers and managing high-severity incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for product fixes, evolve support processes, and author technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience including at least 2 years in production support, application troubleshooting, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong expertise in Java programming, Java design patterns, Spring Framework, and React (including state management libraries).
- Willingness to work in shift patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting cloud-native SaaS platforms or complex enterprise software in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in analyzing application logs, tracing network requests, evaluating APM metrics, and isolating defects in distributed systems.
- Able to prioritize high-severity incidents and lead critical issue resolution with a proactive and accountable approach.
