About This Role
- Recruit and onboard insurance agents through high-volume outreach and interviews to drive production growth.
- Support and develop agents post-onboarding, maintaining long-term relationships and assisting with business growth.
- Manage agent relationships by conducting training, webinars, coordinating seminars, and maintaining activity reports to meet quarterly recruiting quotas.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred 1-2 years insurance agent recruiting experience; call center and Medicare experience also preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills required.
- Work Experience Required: Preferred 1-2 years insurance agent recruiting experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in recruiting and onboarding insurance agents with a demonstrated ability to support agent development and production.
- Comfortable managing high-volume outreach via phone and hosting training or recruitment webinars.
- Capable of maintaining detailed activity reports and meeting recruiting quotas in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
