About This Role
- Maintain and update master delivery tracker daily for project scope, status, blockers, and slippages.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams to identify cross-team dependencies and risks early.
- Manage Jira workflows, run Agile ceremonies, prepare status reports, track action items, maintain documentation, and support release coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination/delivery or related technology function; fresh graduates with strong coordination aptitude considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes required.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and documentation for maintaining trackers accurately.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams with cross-team dependencies.
- Proactive follow-up and risk escalation to leadership with clear communication.
- Some hands-on experience or exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar tools and understanding of software development lifecycle preferred.
