About This Role
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion of milestones.
- Effectively manage resources and balance competing priorities to deliver project outcomes on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to solve challenges, communicate project progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles preferred.
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, ideally in healthcare or IT domains preferred.
- Remote work capability with a dedicated home office and ability to travel up to 20% nationally for on-site support.
- COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing healthcare or IT related projects involving systems like Epic or EHR implementations, or similar complex technical environments.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup while coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups including vendors and senior leadership.
- Skilled at balancing technical and business constraints, and capable of optimizing processes and driving continuous project improvements.
