About This Role
- Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead development activities including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure performance, security, and maintainability of Salesforce architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and technical solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture) and middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica or similar.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools including Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and sandbox management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing technical architectures and leading complex Salesforce development projects.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and performance optimization under Large Data Volume (LDV) conditions.
- Familiarity with best practices in security controls, coding standards, unit testing, and CI/CD workflows in enterprise Salesforce environments.
