About This Role
- Translate data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and DPDPA into technical controls and privacy frameworks implementation.
- Implement data discovery, classification, mapping, and manage consent, data subject rights, and data retention policies operationally.
- Apply privacy-enhancing technologies including encryption and anonymization, conduct DPIAs, and support audits and compliance processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in data privacy, security, or compliance technology required.
- Knowledge and hands-on implementation experience with GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA, and related privacy frameworks mandatory.
- Practical experience with Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) required.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or Java is optional; certifications (CIPP, CIPT, CIPM) and familiarity with tools like OneTrust and BigID are preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience working collaboratively with engineering and security teams to embed privacy in cloud and software environments.
- Vision for implementing data protection measures end-to-end including discovery, consent management, and applying privacy-enhancing techniques effectively.
