About This Role
- Own production support, incident management, and reliability engineering for critical enterprise platforms including GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Nexus, Vault, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation using Ansible, Python, Jenkins, REST APIs to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Manage platform lifecycle activities such as upgrades, patching, security remediation, and contribute to disaster recovery and operational risk reduction.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related production operations roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Python scripting, Jenkins administration, Kubernetes support, and REST API automation.
- Experience in production operations including incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and managing platform upgrades and security patches.
- Experience administering enterprise platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus Repository Manager, HashiCorp Vault, or Red Hat OpenShift (hands-on operational/administration, not just end-user).
