About This Role
- Lead multiple product initiatives within an AI-powered application ecosystem, managing agile scrum rituals and product backlog.
- Collaborate with clients, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to conduct user research and validate product concepts for continuous innovation.
- Define and monitor product performance metrics, conduct quantitative analyses, and manage end-to-end product lifecycle including bug triage and feature prioritization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS industry.
- Foundational understanding of software development and web-based technologies, with intermediate proficiency in SQL.
- Proven experience working directly with external clients and cross-functional internal teams to gather requirements and drive product strategy.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in product management (enterprise SaaS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Product Functions, Application Ecosystems, and AI initiatives in SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Has prior experience collaborating closely with engineering, UX, and client-facing teams on product innovation and delivery.
