About This Role
- Lead quality strategy and automation for complex features, services, and end-to-end workflows across one or more delivery teams.
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks spanning API, integration, UI, and nonfunctional testing, including reusable libraries and utilities to scale engineering efforts.
- Analyze risks, guide release decisions with evidence-based recommendations, and mentor quality engineers to uphold engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 7+ years in software quality engineering or development with hands-on automation and technical leadership experience.
- Strong programming and framework-design skills in Java, Python, TypeScript, C#, or comparable languages plus experience with APIs, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and distributed applications.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in quality engineering or software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead quality strategy for complex system integrations and nonfunctional testing including production-readiness and risk management.
- Experienced in debugging and root-cause analysis across applications, services, data layers, and infrastructure with a focus on sustainable engineering improvements.
- Skilled in influencing cross-team engineering design for testability and operational resilience, including mentoring and collaborative stakeholder communication.
