About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise cloud migration projects primarily to AWS, including planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization phases.
- Design and validate migration strategies for VMWare, physical/virtual servers, Windows/Linux workloads, and enterprise applications with rollback and risk management.
- Act as customer-facing technical leader managing multiple delivery teams, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining architecture decisions, and mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, with 5+ years in cloud migration delivery.
- Hands-on experience leading production migrations to AWS including EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, and AWS Migration tools.
- Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Linux, networking, and migration discovery/planning/testing methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud, 5+ years cloud migration delivery. Location: LD, Lakshadweep, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of independently managing complex enterprise cloud migrations including technical risk and stakeholder communications.
- Deep AWS infrastructure expertise combined with practical skills in migration tooling, application dependency mapping, and multi-team coordination.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity, performance, replication, and security issues during migration cutovers and production support.
