About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Execute and manage automated testing including functional, regression, integration, API (REST & SOAP), and end-to-end scenarios within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze defects, validate Salesforce business processes, and ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7+ years of overall QA and Automation Testing experience.
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications including knowledge of Salesforce standard/custom objects, Lightning components, Flows, and security models.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Copado Robotic Testing, and scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI) and integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams on Salesforce projects.
- Strong automation engineer with focus on Salesforce UI, API, integration testing, and continuous testing within DevOps frameworks.
- Practitioner with deep understanding of Salesforce business processes and platform capabilities to effectively validate customizations and integrations.
