About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise cloud migration projects primarily to AWS, including discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization phases.
- Design and validate migration strategies for VMware, physical/virtual servers, Windows/Linux workloads, and enterprise applications, handling risk management and rollback planning.
- Act as the customer-facing technical lead coordinating migration teams and maintaining technical documentation and runbooks to improve migration repeatability and reduce failures.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years IT infrastructure/cloud technology experience with at least 5 years in cloud migration delivery, particularly with hands-on AWS production migrations.
- Strong AWS infrastructure skills including EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, AWS Backup, and AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).
- Experience with VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, networking, DNS, Active Directory, storage, and migration tooling including dependency mapping and migration wave planning.
- Location requirement: UL, Uttaranchal, India. Work Experience Required: 10+ years in IT infrastructure/cloud technologies including 5+ years in cloud migration delivery.

- Strong operational expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting migration challenges including connectivity, performance, and replication issues across multi-platform workloads.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and maintaining customer technical communication across multiple delivery PODs with accountability for technical outcomes.
