About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of cloud migration projects primarily to AWS, including discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization phases.
- Design and validate migration strategies for VMware, physical/virtual servers, Windows/Linux workloads, and enterprise applications, managing migration wave planning, rollback, and technical risks.
- Act as customer-facing technical lead coordinating across multiple delivery teams, troubleshooting complex migration issues, maintaining documentation, and mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies with at least 5 years in cloud migration delivery.
- Hands-on experience leading production AWS migrations including AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) and core AWS infrastructure components (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, networking, DNS, and Active Directory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years overall, 5+ years specifically in cloud migration delivery.
