About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of cloud migration projects primarily to AWS, including discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
- Design and validate migration strategies for VMware, physical/virtual servers, Windows/Linux workloads, and enterprise applications, managing risks and rollback plans.
- Serve as the technical lead coordinating multiple teams, managing customer expectations, troubleshooting, and maintaining migration documentation and runbooks.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years specifically in cloud migration delivery.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS infrastructure (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch) and AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, and enterprise migration tooling including discovery, dependency mapping, wave planning, and rollback.
- Location: Tripura, India (IN-TR). Work experience in leading multiple production migrations demonstrated with examples of migration challenges and cutovers.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in migration failures and ability to improve automation and repeatability in migration processes.
