About This Role
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain, logistics, transportation, and trade compliance processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Serve as the business-IT liaison by managing product backlog, gathering user stories, and supporting Agile ceremonies ensuring alignment with Global Logistics objectives.
- Support operational excellence through KPI tracking, UAT testing, trade compliance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including 3PLs and customs brokers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic knowledge of global trade regulations and transportation management is required.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is preferred or in progress.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supply chain or logistics operations with practical knowledge of process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methods.
- Skilled in Agile product support, requirement gathering, and acting as a bridge between business and IT teams.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders across logistics, trade compliance, and technical teams.
