About This Role
- Develop and implement immediate and long-term recruiting strategies for the India organization aligning with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to build high-performing talent acquisition capability, focusing on technical and executive-level hires.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders; personally lead executive-level searches and ensure excellent candidate experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including engineering or technical talent.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams.
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and data analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Cognos).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; hybrid work location in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of balancing strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting execution in a dynamic environment.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience advising and influencing executive leadership and building recruiting processes at scale.
- Comfortable operating across full recruiting lifecycle with a focus on technical and non-technical roles, and leveraging technology/ATS tools to streamline hiring.
