About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement IBM Watson AIOps and IBM Netcool Operations Insight solutions to automate event management and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Netcool Impact policies for event enrichment, correlation, suppression, automation, and scenario-based event processing.
- Integrate IBM NOI with monitoring and third-party systems via REST APIs, JDBC, SNMP, Webhooks, Kafka, and configure Netcool OMNIbus components.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience with IBM Netcool products.
- 3+ years experience with IBM Watson AIOps or IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps.
- Proven skills in Netcool Impact policy development and event automation implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in IBM Watson AIOps and Netcool technologies demonstrating ability to develop customized event management solutions and policies.
- Experience designing scenario-based event correlation and automation workflows in enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working in production support and customer-facing solution implementation scenarios with complex requirements.
