About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support for a business area, from problem identification to presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Define and monitor critical metrics for the product pod, analyze performance trends and recommend interventions.
- Serve as analytics and visualization SME, design dashboards for easy consumption, and mentor junior analysts including involvement in hiring and onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years overall analytics experience, including at least 1 year in a product company.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with business curiosity.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation and dashboarding.
- Experience with Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.

- Able to translate business problems into analytical questions and communicate insights clearly.
