About This Role
- Act as onsite liaison between customer stakeholders and delivery team to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
- Define end-to-end automation architectures using UiPath, APIs, workflow orchestration, document processing, and AI-enabled tools emphasizing reusable components and API-first design.
- Lead delivery across multiple streams ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years overall IT experience with at least 7 years in Intelligent Automation.
- Strong expertise in UiPath architecture and enterprise automation delivery.
- Experience integrating automation with Salesforce, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years IT; 7+ years in Intelligent Automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in stakeholder management and acting as a trusted advisor for automation strategy in Agile environments.
- Hands-on background in creating automation solutions within Financial Services, Lending, Risk, Compliance, or Insurance domains preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and define observability, security, and operational support models for automation platforms.
