About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making.
- Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using AWS Glue, Amazon EMR, Lambda, and related AWS data services.
- Develop automation scripts in Python and optimize SQL queries for analytics, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and data teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, and cloud analytics platforms.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service), advanced SQL, Python programming, and AWS data services (Glue, EMR, Lambda, S3, Redshift).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in Power BI, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering (noted in qualifications section).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing data lake/Lakehouse architectures and dimensional modeling (Star Schema/Snowflake) within AWS environments.
- Skilled in engineering best practices including Git/version control, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and strong documentation.
- Proven ability to optimize Power BI reports with RLS, incremental refresh, deployment pipelines, and enterprise governance.
