About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for strategic product portfolios ensuring quality, scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Lead program management across multiple initiatives including risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and release management.
- Integrate Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity protocols into products while leveraging AI tools for automation and predictive analytics to enhance delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product or delivery management in complex technology environments.
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity frameworks with hands-on implementation experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing product releases.
- Location: Bengaluru; Salary range: INR 25-40 LPA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage multiple interrelated product initiatives with program governance and financial stewardship.
- Strong skills in leveraging AI for delivery pipeline automation and predictive analytics to improve product quality.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) in secure development environments.
