About This Role
- Manage client engagements focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and digital engineering transformation programs.
- Drive consulting-led project delivery including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination to meet engineering process optimisation goals.
- Leverage expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and manufacturing workflows to implement and enhance PLM solutions improving engineering collaboration and data management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing, engineering, PLM implementation, or digital transformation consulting.
- Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Experience in client stakeholder management and consulting-led program delivery.
- Location requirements: Mysuru, Karnataka or Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and client engagements in engineering or manufacturing technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions in PLM and digital engineering contexts.
- Skilled in driving digital transformation initiatives leveraging industrial AI, automation, and process optimisation within engineering workflows.
