About This Role
- Lead design and operationalization of AI-powered solutions across observability, troubleshooting, deployment, and edge infrastructure domains.
- Drive AI platform integrations with Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, Jira, GitHub, and monitoring tools ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
- Define enterprise AI architecture standards, mentor teams, evaluate AI technologies, and establish KPIs for AI adoption and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE with 5+ years leading enterprise automation or AI initiatives.
- Proven experience building and operating large-scale cloud-native platforms and leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Mandatory technical skills: Generative AI, LLMs, Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, Docker, Terraform preferred, GitHub, CI/CD, APIs, Prometheus, Datadog, Python/Go/Java/JavaScript scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic AI architecture and enterprise-scale AI agent implementations in production environments.
- Strong background in multi-cloud platform operations and AI-integrated automation within platform engineering or SRE functions.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments involving cloud-native technologies, AI governance, and operational excellence measures.
