About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational database solutions for enterprise applications and workflows.
- Lead core software engineering and integration for employee virtual agent Eva and custom SharePoint solutions.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate workflows, improve product performance, and solve complex business challenges responsibly.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of software engineering/application development experience.
- 5+ years experience designing, integrating, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services using Python and FastAPI.
- 5+ years experience with relational database design, data access strategies, and query optimization.
- 2+ years experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer skilled in backend API design and relational database optimization with substantial exposure to Python and FastAPI frameworks.
- Ability to integrate AI technologies thoughtfully within enterprise applications, including experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
- Comfortable collaborating in Agile environments and working cross-functionally with product management and UI/UX teams.
