About This Role
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions, managing the full AI solution lifecycle from ideation to support.
- Oversee a geographically distributed engineering team (US and India), involving hands-on development with GenAI, agentic AI, and related technologies.
- Partner with business leaders to identify AI use cases with measurable ROI and deliver production-ready AI applications integrated with enterprise systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience with strong backend programming skills (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++).
- Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams with hands-on expertise in GenAI and agentic AI (LLM agents, RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows).
- Proven production experience deploying GenAI applications using modern GenAI frameworks and frontier models (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent quantitative field.
