About This Role
- Design and implement AI solutions including traditional and generative AI, covering end-to-end Gen AI implementation pipeline from data processing to UI.
- Document data requirements, conduct exploratory data analysis, build AI models, and develop effective visualizations to support business strategies.
- Apply professional judgment and assess risk in decisions to safeguard firm reputation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI and data science.
- Excellent understanding of AI concepts including deep learning algorithms and large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Exposure to Generative AI skillsets such as workflow design and orchestration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experienced in both traditional and generative AI solution design with hands-on pipeline ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
- Effective communicator able to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
