About This Role
- Design and develop AI algorithms and solutions using LLMs, NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI to support technology strategy.
- Build and optimize agent architectures, data representation, evaluation frameworks, and AI guardrails focused on accuracy, safety, and responsible AI practices.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and translate business requirements into measurable AI outcomes using emerging AI technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years professional experience in applied AI/ML, data science, or related technical field with hands-on experience in NLP, deep learning, LLMs, retrieval, and agentic AI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with foundation models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or Llama and generative AI frameworks like LangChain or RAG.
- Experience designing AI safety and mitigation approaches, including hallucination mitigation, policy adherence, and human-in-the-loop review.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in algorithms, NLP, LLMs, retrieval methods, and agentic AI with practical application to business problems.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams bridging product, data science, engineering, and security in Agile environments.
- Capability to clearly communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead AI innovation efforts.
