About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions including Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage daily operations, maintenance, patching, and support of physical and virtual servers in data centers, ensuring performance and security standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams and senior leadership to improve system integration, operational efficiency, and employee productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, O365, Group Policies, and security management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and hybrid environments (AWS and On-Prem).
- Work Experience Required: 5 years with Microsoft technologies; No travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex Microsoft infrastructure environments with deep knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 ecosystems.
- Familiar with hybrid cloud environments (AWS and on-premises), including virtualization technologies and cloud AD integrations.
- Technically strong in automation (PowerShell scripting) and security protocols within enterprise-scale IT infrastructure.
