About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and microservices architecture within an agile team.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are met by developed software.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, validating outputs through peer review and automated tests.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend build tooling (Vite, Webpack, or equivalent).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library, smoke testing, or integration testing.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years. Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-level software development within large corporate or financial services environments, ideally with payment or high-volume transaction platform exposure.
- Proficient in applying cloud-native design patterns and experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Capable of integrating AI-assisted software development tools responsibly and guiding peers on safe, secure, and effective usage in the engineering workflow.
