About This Role
- Participate in analysis, design, development, and implementation of application systems within the Technology team.
- Identify system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and provide programming solutions including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to junior analysts with limited supervision, exercising independent judgment in delivering solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Applications Development within the Financial Services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency in programming languages and application systems analysis, including code analysis and scripting tools.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in relevant Applications Development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Intermediate level Applications Development professional comfortable working independently and advising junior staff.
- Experienced in identifying and solving system vulnerabilities and security issues within financial services applications.
- Able to manage deadlines under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
