About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development of application systems including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide advanced programming solutions and act as subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and other team members.
- Oversee project feasibility, risk assessment, security measures, and compliance with regulatory and firm policies throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end development using Spring Boot microservices.
- Experience managing and successfully implementing software development projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting or project management approaches within technology teams and able to lead projects with limited supervision.
- A developer capable of full-stack responsibilities, including API integration and securing applications post-implementation.
- Comfortable operating independently while advising others and escalating risks to protect firm reputation and client data.
