About This Role
- Develop and maintain machine learning and generative AI models addressing real-world business problems with measurable outcomes.
- Work with clients and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into Python-based machine learning solutions.
- Conduct model evaluation, parameter tuning, feature selection, prompt engineering, and performance benchmarking for predictive analytics projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building ML and data science solutions for real-world problems.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with ML model lifecycle including maintenance and monitoring.
- Experience or understanding of OpenAI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, testing, and performance evaluation.

- Experienced ML engineer comfortable working directly with clients and domain experts to shape technical solutions.
- Pragmatic and analytical, skilled in statistical analytics, model calibration, and experimental evaluation of AI models.
- Experienced in generative AI and LLM environments with ability to operationalize prompt engineering and testing effectively.
