About This Role
- Define and implement Change Management strategies to support transformational business programs.
- Conduct change impact analysis, stakeholder assessment, and user engagement activities to drive change adoption.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement HR systems like SuccessFactors and Workday, including coaching junior members and contributing to practice-building.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree full-time.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in change management-related programs post-masters.
- Mandatory skills: Change Management or OCM or Organization Change Management.
- Location: Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in HCM Systems implementation (e.g., SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, Taleo) or other cloud solutions.
- Proficient in articulating business value of change strategies and recommendations.
- Capable of managing stakeholders in multicultural and global environments with exposure to digital transformations, RPA implementations, or Shared Service setups.
