About This Role
- Lead brand and creative transformation programs using Generative AI to drive marketing and content innovation at scale.
- Design and operationalize GenAI-enabled global content supply chains for asset creation, localization, and personalization.
- Advise brand and marketing leaders by connecting brand strategy with AI-powered creative execution to deliver measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute with focus in Marketing, Strategy, or Technology.
- 7-13 years of experience in creative delivery, brand transformation, or marketing operations with strong agency background.
- At least 4 years recent hands-on experience with GenAI, creative technology, agentic AI, or marketing innovation with proven portfolio impact.
- Experience in designing or running GenAI-enabled content supply chains or creative operations platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic leader with deep agency experience in brand strategy, creative operations, and content production across multiple channels and formats.
- Strong expertise in GenAI technologies, including LLMs and generative AI frameworks like OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and driving consultative solutioning in client-facing, fast-paced environments.
