About This Role
- Lead a functional team responsible for end-to-end delivery of fund administration processes within a Private Markets Investment Firm.
- Oversee performance measurement including calculation and validation of fund-level metrics (IRR, MOIC, TWR, Modified Dietz) and manage GIPS compliance and governance.
- Manage client investor reporting, benchmark analyses, performance attribution, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory reporting accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 11 years of relevant experience, preferably 9-12 years in asset management, private equity, investment operations or related fields.
- Any Graduation degree required; MBA Finance or Bachelor of Commerce preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting, NAV calculations, performance measurement methodologies, GIPS standards, and investor/regulatory reporting.
- Willingness to work in EMEA shift; certifications like NISM, CFA, FRM, or CISI preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced leader with background in private equity or alternatives asset management focusing on fund administration and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex performance analytics, benchmarking, and investor reporting processes under governance and audit standards.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with compliance, audit, investor relations, and senior leadership in high accountability operational roles.
